Who your child works with

Every request is read by a person. We look at what your child is actually stuck on, pick the tutor who fits it best, and introduce you directly.

Sessions run online over video, or in person if you are nearby. There is no package to buy and nothing to commit to before you have met your tutor.

Questions parents ask

How much does it cost?

One-on-one sessions are $30 an hour. Group sessions vary depending on the size of the group and how often you meet, so we talk that through when we reach out. There is no commitment to start.

Who do you contact, me or my child?

You. Everything is arranged with the parent or guardian. We only ask for your child’s first name and grade on the form.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to reply within 24 hours of your request. If we cannot find a good match straight away, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.

Are sessions online or in person?

Either. Online runs over video call. In person depends on where you are, so tell us your area on the form and we will let you know.

My child needs help with something not on your list. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Pick “Something else” on the form and name the subject, or the specific class, and we will tell you honestly whether we have someone for it.
